Coaching and support

At N-Allo, all new employees are thoroughly trained before handling calls on their own. They then receive ongoing coaching and additional training to ensure they provide the best possible assistance to customers. If a problem arises, they can always rely on their Team Coach for encouragement and support.

Developing your potential

Many of our Team Coaches and Service Delivery Managers started off as Customer Advisers. The company offers scope for promotion to any employee who shows dedication and commitment and has the required qualities. As a Customer Adviser, you will have the opportunity to work your way up the ladder, according to your skill set.
