    Laetitia

    Laetitia has been a Customer Adviser since June 2009. After a few teething problems, she is now fully up-to-speed and can handle all calls without difficulty. She feels very at home in the working environment: “I get on really well with my colleagues and I’m fortunate to have a Team Coach who supports me 100%.”

    Jennifer

    Jennifer joined the company in December 2006 as a Customer Adviser. She then worked as a Floorwalker, assisting the Team Coaches, until February 2009, when she became a Team Coach herself, in Eupen. Her focus is on fulfilling her responsibilities, listening to her team and making sure things run smoothly.

  • Virginie - Service Delivery Manager

    Virginie is something of a veteran at N-Allo, having started work as a Customer Adviser on 2 January 2003. She is currently working as a Service Delivery Manager. If the customer is happy, Virginie is happy. Seeing the Team Coaches and Customer Advisers progress is another major source of motivation.

  • Laila - Planner & Traffic Coördinator

    I started at N-Allo after completing a communication management course. I’d just left school and was keen to acquire some work experience. I signed up for a temporary job... and I’m still here! N-Allo offers plenty of opportunities to make the most of your abilities. Thanks to the variety of training on offer, everyone has the chance to develop within the company, based on the things that interest them. For example, I started off working as a Reporter & Developer in the BI (Business Intelligence) department; I then moved to Human Resources and I’m currently working as a Planner and Traffic Coordinator, making sure that the training courses run smoothly. For me, the ties forged within a team and the fact that things are always changing are the best things about the job. I like the dynamic, friendly atmosphere at N-Allo and the sense that things are constantly on the move!
