A chill-out website in 2010!

This new Corporate website is an important step for the N-Allo group. In addition to presenting our group’s mission, ambition, history and values, it clearly and simply emphasises our comprehensive offering of Contact Center services, deriving from the strategic exercise conducted by our Executive Committee in recent months. The objective is therefore to offer an easy and attractive gateway to our services for our current and future customers. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this project, which resulted in a new website successfully completed in only 4 months!

Why was a new corporate website developed?

The wish to create a shared site for the N-Allo group including the entire range of services of Brucall and N-Allo had been in the air for a long time already. The respective sites of N-Allo and Brucall had no longer been updated for quite some time. Once the N-Allo group’s strategy had been clearly defined, it was time to get down to work ...

What is more, a website is truly a company’s showcase. N-Allo cannot deviate from the rule and had to make a complete overhaul of the presentation of its services offering so as to convey a strong, consistent and professional identity on an increasingly competitive market.

Why did you choose to develop the “chill-out” concept for this new website?

We firstly wished to find a concept that makes us stand out from our competitors.
We then wanted visitors to our website to understand our business at first glance but we also wanted to project the image of a company that is fully in command of its business and is capable of juggling with the many current channels of communication (phone, e-mail, letters, web, etc.) while staying cool and relaxed.
In actual fact, Stéphanie represents the ideal customer advisor, the person capable of answering the many and sometimes complex inquiries that customers may ask while keeping her composure and being friendly and polite. Hence the concept of the “cool and relaxed customer” advisor.

How was the look & feel of the new website chosen?

I would say that the look & feel is certainly the most amusing part of the design of a website but it is certainly not the easiest ... Many internal discussions and proposals from the web agency were needed to arrive at a lay-out of the home page that wins everyone’s approval. I take advantage of the opportunity to thank the entire Blue4You team for their patience and good humour!

As for the overall look, we chose a fresh and upbeat style in tune with the GDF SUEZ Group’s graphic charter. We were helped in this job by Electrabel’s e-business team and I would like to thank them for their friendly cooperation and their shrewd advice.

How is the new website structured? Why is it more “user friendly” than the previous one?

The aim was to structure the information in such a way that the visitor can have an overview of the Contact Center services offered by the N-Allo group from the outset.

That is why, for the home page, we chose to put the services at the top of the page with the operational services on one side and the support services on the other. Information is accessed in different ways: access through the focuses box, via the top menu and lastly via the mini site map at the bottom of the page. We also developed the site thinking about the referencing in search engines.
For the other pages of the site, we opted for a dynamic Flash banner making it possible for the visitor to know rapidly where he is in the column.

Enjoy your visit!
