N-Allo was created in June 1999 by Electrabel (GDF Suez Group), in close cooperation with the mixed intermunicipal companies, for the management of their customer service activities.
In 2005, N-Allo bought the Brucall contact centre and thus added to its range of services Brucall’s specific expertise related to the management of sales and marketing campaigns.
We strive to create value for our clients in support of their sales, marketing and customer service strategy, by operating or supporting their customer interaction processes via all possible communication channels.
The N-Allo Group is the preferred partner for many public utility organisations and also numerous private-sector companies. We are also a contact centre partner for customers based in Italy and France.
