N-Allo takes part in the “The biggest helpdesk of Flanders” action, a large-scale program of Radio 2, held on Friday, February 25th

Radio 2 organizes "The biggest helpdesk in Flanders" on Friday, February 25th (8-12 a.m.). The aim of this program is to give practical assistance and tips to its audience to make a better use of their software and hardware. On this occasion, the radio station will also open a call center, staffed by professional operators who can help and guide people with their IT questions and problems.

Contactcentres.be, the Belgian Association of the Contact Center Industry, has appealed to its members to take part in the operation “The biggest helpdesk of Flanders”, a large-scale program of Radio 2. N-Allo won’t miss this opportunity to strenghten the image of the sector and willl dispatch +/- 12 enthusiastic customer advisors to answer the questions during "The biggest helpdesk of Flanders" and will take in charge the overall coordination of the operations.

All incoming calls will be coordinated from SunGard Diegem’s operational site (The Kleetlaan 12-B, 1831 Diegem). This is not the first initiative from the sector.

Last year, during the Haiti earthquake disaster, Contactcentres.be has also mobilized its members to provide assistance in handling the 1212 calls.
